Supervising Physician

Before earning his college degree, Dr. John Dulemba embarked on an extraordinary adventure by joining the US Army, where he took to the skies as a helicopter pilot. He flew helicopters for a year in Vietnam and later shared his expertise as a flight instructor. In 1973, he graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in aviation science—a soaring start to his career!

Dr. Dulemba then set his sights on medicine, attending the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine (now the Perelman School of Medicine) from 1978 to 1982. After honing his skills, he completed his Ob/Gyn residency at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh in 1986. Since that year, he’s been a cornerstone of private practice in Denton, Texas, dedicating nearly four decades to patient care.

His passion lies in tackling pelvic pain, laparoscopy, and endometriosis. Dr. Dulemba has performed over 4,000 standard laparoscopic endometriosis cases, showcasing his remarkable expertise. In 2007, he embraced cutting-edge technology by adopting robotic surgery, and now all his laparoscopic procedures are done robotically—totaling well over 2,000 robotic endometriosis cases. He’s also a prolific contributor to medical knowledge, having published several papers on pelvic pain, laparoscopy, endometriosis, and robotic surgery. A proud moment came in 2007 when he delivered the prestigious Sir Alec Turnbull Lecture at the Annual British Society of Gynaecologic Surgeons.

Today, Dr. John Dulemba focuses exclusively on treating patients with endometriosis and pelvic pain, with a particular interest in adhesions. From flying helicopters to pioneering robotic surgery, his journey reflects a remarkable blend of courage, skill, and compassion!

Owner / Aesthetician

Kristie has been in the skincare and medical industry for over 25 years. She is an Advanced Certified Aesthetic Injector, a Certified Laser Technician, and Medical Aesthetician. She studied Interdisciplinary Education at the University of North Texas, received her license for Esthetics through the state of Texas, and has trained alongside top doctors and plastic surgeons. Kristie enjoys spending time with her husband, their five children and spouses, and grandchildren. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and outdoor activities.

MS, ARPN, FNP-BC

Angela has been a Nurse Practitioner in the Denton area since 2005 and is a graduate of Denton's very own TWU. She enjoys helping her patients attain the best version of themselves, through all the pathways of a lifetime.

Radio Frequency Specialist

With 25 years of experience in the beauty industry and five years as a dedicated bodyworker, I bring a deep understanding of aesthetics, wellness, and advanced skincare techniques. As a certified radio frequency technician specializing in ThermiVa treatments, I am committed to providing cutting-edge, non-invasive solutions that enhance confidence and well-being. My expertise lies in delivering personalized care with a focus on comfort, efficacy, and long-term results. 

I believe in the power of innovation and holistic wellness, ensuring every client receives a customized experience tailored to their unique needs. Whether through rejuvenating treatments or bodywork therapy, my goal is to help clients look and feel their best, inside and out. 

Licensed Massage Therapist

Bonnie completed massage school in Denton in 2001 and has worked in upscale day spas and resort spas as a massage therapist, director, life coach, and aromatherapist. She became a massage instructor and C.E. provider in 2014. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a minor in psychology from UTA in 2020. She speaks at churches and to the public on various spiritual and health-related topics. Bonnie uses her hobby of traveling to research spas in the USA and abroad. Over the past 20 years as an LMT, she continues to study on her own and in Continuing Education Courses on topics including life coaching, aromatherapy, prenatal massage, reflexology, TMJ and headaches, manual lymphatic drainage, finances/marketing and building a clientele, medical massage practitioner, master educator courses for massage instruction, nutrition/supplements, Mindscape, Body Talk energy work, meta-physics and chakra psychology, hand-writing analysis, and massage for cancer patients at M.D. Anderson.

Licensed Esthetician

Lindsey has been a licensed esthetician since 2006 and started CALM Esthetics in 2018. Outside of work, she is a small-town girl from Ponder who enjoys spending time with her three wonderful kids.

Certified Laser Hair Removal Technician & Skincare Specialist

With over four years of experience, Sandy Hurtado is a Certified Laser Hair Removal Technician specializing in advanced skincare treatments, including Hydrafacials, Microneedling, Photofacials, and Body Contouring. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is dedicated to providing personalized care to enhance skin health and rejuvenation. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys reading, dancing, exploring nature, and staying active.

Patient Care Specialist

Tiffany has experience in various office settings, and aesthetics is by far her favorite! She grew up in Southern Alberta, Canada [Eh], studied at BYU-Hawaii and Utah Valley University before becoming a Texan and roping her cowboy. She is an animal lover that lives on a ranch with their horses, cows, dogs, and cats. In her spare time, you can find her rootin’ on her daughter at the rodeo, visiting her son and daughter-in-law in Idaho, or indulging in true-crime.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Meet Melinda With over 30 years in healthcare, Melinda combines her medical expertise with a passion for healing. She began her journey as a CNA/HHA before earning her OTA degree in 1995 and later becoming a licensed massage therapist. In 2012, she graduated from UNT with a BA in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, deepening her understanding of the body and its healing processes. As a dedicated mother, Melinda takes great pride in her two sons—one a fireman and the other an RN/BSN. Her nurturing spirit extends beyond family, as she actively volunteers with children’s charities, using her skills to bring comfort and care to those in need. At the spa, Melinda specializes in therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, cupping, resistance stretching, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, tension, TMJ, or headaches, her goal is to help you feel your best and keep your body in motion. With a heart for healing and a hands-on approach, Melinda is here to provide the care you deserve.

Social Media

Alyssa Brooks is a Social Media Manager, Tantrum Sunless Tanning Operator, and Licensed Cosmetologist. Since joining our social media team in 2022, Alyssa has brought her passion for social media to the forefront. She also operates Tantrum Sunless Tanning, an airbrush tanning business in partnership with NTX Aesthetics. A 2018 high school graduate with a cosmetology license, Alyssa briefly attended Texas Tech University before pursuing her career in beauty. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, traveling, and staying up-to-date with all things fashion and beauty.
